FAQ

Generally there is no charge for quotations, visits or advice we offer.

We have various vehicles from an 18 tonne 12 metre removal truck down to a small panel van – everything is catered for.  We can also add flexibility with our trailers.

Generally we would hope you would be able to give us at least 10 working days notice, but ideally, as much as possible.  We will always do our best to accommodate a customer who has received and accepted our quotation.  Please note that the summer months can be very busy.

Yes, we generally dismantle and re-assemble all beds.  Flat packed furniture can be dismantled but often attracts an additional charge, if in doubt, please ask us.

We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque or credit/debit card.  If you would like to pay by credit/debit card, please call our office to pay (sorry but we do not accept American Express).

Unfortunately we are not able to undertake any plumbing services. Please contact a local plumber to have these appliances disconnected before you move.

Yes, we can move any quantity of plants, which are potted, but unfortunately plants do not stack, so can take up a lot of space in our vehicles.

Yes, we can move trampolines, but due to the time involved in taking apart and re-assembling there may be an additional charge.

Yes, we are certified waste carriers so are able to dispose of goods as required at the Council Approved Waste Facility, but there will be a charge for this service.

We can empty the contents of the loft, however, for insurance purposes, the loft will need to have a fixed, purpose built ladder, be totally boarded and have fixed lighting.

Sorry but we cannot transport any gas cylinders or flammable liquids, ie. cans of petrol.

Yes, we can transport cars either in our truck or trailers.  We find this can be helpful if you have 2 cars.

We cannot accept in to storage any food stuffs or perishable items nor flammable liquids or gas cylinders.
