We recommend being as organised as possible and getting a removal quotation well before you hope to move – generally at least 4-6 weeks. If you are buying/selling a property we would suggest getting in touch with us once solicitors have been engaged and the legal work has commenced.
Quotations in the local area are free of charge.

We generally advise an in-person visit at your property to assess the quantity you have to move. It also gives you the chance to meet us and chat through your requirements. We will then work out our price and forward our quotation paperwork over to you, including the schedule we would plan for your move.
If we are unable to visit you, or you are out of our normal quoting area, we can provide a quotation via a video call.
We have various vehicles from small 3.5 tonne vans up to our 18 tonne 12 metre removal truck. We can cater for all size of moves in any location.
Yes we supply all necessary boxes required for your move, whether we are packing or you are carrying out your own packing. We will also supply packing tape and packing paper, which we prefer to use instead of bubble wrap. Boxes for local moves are normally supplied on a loan basis and we will collect when you have unpacked. If you would like to supply your own packing materials, that’s fine just let us know.
Yes, we will dismantle and re-assemble furniture, as necessary. Flat packed furniture can also be included but often attracts an additional charge, if in doubt, please ask.
Ideally we would like 3 to 4 weeks’ notice but in reality if you are selling/buying, we tend to be given around 2 weeks between exchange and completion. We cannot confirm your booking until you have exchanged but we will work with you as best we can on proposed move dates.
We advise you to get in touch prior to exchanging just to check our availability. Once exchange has taken place you can then confirm your removal. We currently only require the return of our Acceptance paperwork to secure your booking.
Unfortunately, we are not able to undertake any plumbing services. Please contact a local plumber to have these appliances disconnected and reconnected.
Generally we ask that you clear the loft prior to your removal. If you need assistance please ask.
Yes, we can move any quantity of plants, which are potted, and items from the garden. Please be aware that as plants don’t stack, they can take up a lot of space in our vehicles.
Yes, we can move trampolines, but due to the time involved in taking apart and re-assembling there may be an additional charge.
Sorry but we cannot transport any gas cylinders or flammable liquids, ie. cans of petrol.
Yes, we have a Waste Carrier Licence (EDE BROS – CBDU115420) so we can dispose of any items required but there will be an additional charge.
Yes, we can transport cars either in one of our trucks or trailers.
We accept payment by bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Storage FAQs
We cannot accept any food or perishables items in to store (including cans and packets). We also cannot accept any flammable items nor lithium-ion batteries.
I am afraid we are not a self store so you are unable to gain access to your consignment whilst it is in store. We may be able to access specific items, if required, but there may be a handling charge for this service.
